Participants must make their own travel arrangements to and from Senegal although a host attendant will welcome them after custom/police formalities upon arrival and accompany them to the airport two (2) hours before departure. US citizens and passport holders do not need a visa. Estimated travel cost is $1950 includes registration, airfare, lodging and tours. Participants extending or prolonging their stay beyond conference dates must budget costs. |
